Finding Confidence

Hey Babes,

I have always been one that likes to take care of myself. I’ve always been active and fit my whole life, always watching what I ate and my portion sizes. Finding confidence again after motherhood is rough. It can be trying and tiring. For your kids and your sanity you must find your confidence because you are amazing.

Finding Confidence

After having Aria, my body chemistry completely changed. I no longer had thick hair, or eyelashes. My body changed completely. I lost my baby weight quickly, but gained some of it back after we stopped breast feeding. It has been a bear to work it off. I work out everyday, I watch what I eat and I just cannot get to my goal fast enough. Enough about that, I am getting to a point I promise.

Finding Confidence

I feel like now days Mom’s are held to a standard. We have to have the new mom bod. Sleek, slim and perky boobs. Some women are extremely lucky and bounce back after having a kid like it was no problem. That was me until I stopped breast feeding. I just wish the stigma of fat and lazy go hand in hand. When it doesn’t. Body chemistry, and how your body reacts to foods is key. Regardless, I wish we as women would love the bodies we are in, me included.

Finding Confidence

“You owe yourself the love you give so freely to other people.”

Our bodies are amazing. They heal in miraculous ways. We house life that was created in us. Women house another human being who nourish off of our body for nine months and then we give birth to this beautiful human and la te dah we are suppose to be perfect. It is so unfair that we are expected to be back to “normal” so quickly.

Finding Confidence

Women you are beautiful. It doesn’t matter if you are a size 00 or size 28. You are gorgeous and you rock that body you have. Be healthy not only in your diet, but in your mind. Please be nice to yourself, compliment yourself, for crying out loud love yourself. You are amazing and you were created to be who you are and there is only one of you. Ladies, you were made to be who you are for a reason. Someone out there needs you. I am trying to hard to follow my own advice. It is so hard when your in front of a camera all the time and you see ALL your flaws amplified. I just have to do!

Finding Confidence

Be confident. If you want to rock a bikini and your not swimsuit ready, you rock the bikini in that perfect body you were given and earned. Always be healthy in mind and in soul.

 Our Swimsuits

RAD has two different color ways of this suit along with other styles that will suit any woman’s needs. The one pieces are so flattering and so adorable. I love how the patterns and color blocking look on a woman’s body. The suits are very conscious of a woman’s body. It highlights the gorgeous parts of the body and detracts from the parts that aren’t the most flattering.

Finding Confidence

RAD also offers cute cover ups, wraps and hats. I love the affordability of their pieces. Most modest swim suits can cost you $60 for just a top or bottom. They are also a local Utah company and I love supporting local. They are such an amazing company, otherwise I would not recommend them.

Finding Confidence

I shop local because I love keeping my money close to home. I love supporting a dream and a passion of someone who lives close. Shopping small gives everyone a chance to live their dream. I mean Lularoe started small and now look it at.
