Fall is perfect for pumpkin everything, this easy and quick Fall polka dot pumpkin DIY is the perfect addition to any fall decor.
Hey Babes,
My mom and I are addicted to a local wood shop here in Utah. You can shop so many adorable pieces, they have everything you need to complete your project. Halloween is always my down fall at this store.
This pumpkin was so easy and could be even easier if you have a vinyl cutting machine. Mine is down at the moment, cat ate my cord..bleh. I got creative with my dots and made my own.
Let’s get started!
Supplies
-paint ( I used pumpkin and white by delta)
You can find all these supplies at Wood Connection, Target, or Amazon. The Plank pumpkin is a Wood Connection exclusive.
I very randomly painted the pumpkin orange for a weathered look. It actually really looks really cute.
For the dots I used the cap of my paint. I dipped it into the white paint and stuck it to the wood. Then I used the tip of my sponge brush to fill in the dot with white paint. Or use your Cricut/silhouette to cut out vinyl dots. That would cut your craft time in half.
I just painted the dots at random. You can do them in a chevron pattern, stripes, or you can stain the planks different colors.
Let dry.
I used a burlap ribbon to top it off. At first, I wasn’t a fan of the floral and the pink with the orange, but I actually don’t mind it now that I see it with my other decor. Yes I am already decorating for Halloween, I started in August.

This is the cutest craft! I’m totally going to suggest it at our monthly craft night! Yay for Halloween!
