My sister and I have been working out every night together. Sometimes we do our own workouts and sometimes we do workouts from Pinterest or youtube. And all of these items have helped us, or will help us will more efficient work outs.

This stuff is amazing to help you get through your workout, especially on the low energy no motivation days like I had last week. You can find so many different kinds and flavors. This is just one that I enjoyed.
Not only is this a delicious addition to your water it helps with hydration and muscle recovery. I enjoy my water so much more with this stuff in it. There are several different flavors I usually get whatever flavor is the cheapest. I have tried tangerine, blue raspberry, mango, and fruit punch. All were delicious, but fruit punch did give Brandon and I headaches probably from the red coloring we both always have a reaction to red dye.
I am a huge snacker during the day. Since I am really trying to cut back sugar I snack on these to deter me from candy or chips. I cut them into like four pieces and snack on them through out the day. They taste amazing with some cashews and raisins.
We are trying to eliminate the disposable water bottles. So we have been stocking up reusable kind. I have blender bottles but I hear the hydro flask is pretty amazing so that is in my cart now.
This is an item I am finally ready to buy after my work out last week bruised my shoulders and hips. I do a hip thrust with a barbell resting across them. This pad will make it so much more comfortable and help with bruising.
I am really taking this fitness journey seriously this time so food scales are a little more efficient than measuring. The food scale works hand in hand with my fitness pal. This way I can really keep track of my macros, calories etc.
Music helps your workout. It will pump you up or help pass the time. Having a band helps free up your hands for weights. Lately I have been just leaving my phone in my locker and just streaming the music to my headphones but there are parts of the gym that go outside the zone so having an arm band to house my phone is extremely helpful.
I love these ones because they are cheap and have a great range and crisp sound. They last about two or three workouts before I charge them. They are cute and not many people in my gym of them so I don’t have any interruption. Most everyone has the beats including my sister, and she noticed some interruption on her beats.
These help align and give you an extra resistance to some movements. I have some really cheap ones so I am adding some more sturdy ones to my cart now.
Our gym is really clean, but there are still nasty people. It’s a Mecca for germs so I like to keep these close to disinfect my hands after using the weights.
