Good Morning Ladies,
I know you have seen tie front tops just about everywhere that sells clothing. They are beyond cute and so adorable. Chic for all body types and perfect to cover up those problem areas after taco Tuesday.
I saw something on Instagram the other day talking about how dressing modest is no longer wearing frumpy clothing and parkas. Look at Kate Middleton. She is probably one of the best-dressed women on this planet and she is modest and classy.
So for the next, while I will be searching high and low to bring you really cute boutiques that sell modest clothing at a price that fits our budgets.
I had a reader actually DM me on Instagram asking me if I had ever tried clothing from Mia’s Cove. I had not so I looked them up. While searching through their clothing I fell in love with their tops, especially the tie front tops.
When styling these tie front tops you want to keep the look casual. I love how they look over jeans, linen pants, and even shorts. Now I am going to admit something these are maternity shorts. No, I AM NOT PREGNANT. I just love how lightweight these shorts are and I cannot find shorts this length that hug my legs like these shorts. So I have no shame in sporting maternity shorts from my pregnancy with Aria.
When styling a modest outfit I think about what will I be doing in this outfit. Can I chase Aria and bend over without things popping out of my top or bottom.
This outfit is my park day outfit. Chasing Aria around the park and going on a walk. My top is light and breezy perfect to keep me cool. My shorts are the perfect length to keep me cool and to be covered in the right places.
I wanted to add my favorite hat that you will see over and over again. This is such a cute way to keep your face shaded when out in the sun. My scalp burns to a crisp super easy to I love hats for the summer.
Adding a simple flat or sandal will complete this look. I went with my lace-up flats because I love how it looks with a hat and I love how it looks with shorts.
Here is a little sneak peek at my date night outfit using my other tie-front top from Mia’s Cove.
