Good Morning Friends!
I am a sucker for cardigans in the fall, even more so mustard cardigans. They are not only a great color for any skin color, they are so easy to style with different patterns.
Back a few months or so you saw me do an Old Navy try on (here) where I fell in love with this plaid blue and white top. I knew from the moment I bought this top I had to style it with a mustard cardigan. I could not for the life of me find one that I loved, until now.
I stumbled across a boutique called Fancy Frills. They had this split hem long cardigan that would be perfect for not only this outfit, but for many outfits in my closet.
This sweater has the perfect length, and the split hem is just perfect for the relaxed look.
Somedays I just want to be comfortable, relaxed but still put together. An untucked loose top with a tighter fitting cardigan adds a little polish to the look all while keeping the look casual.
You can pair this look with another pattern like leopard print boots, or you can keep it simple with a pair of brown booties. This pair of booties was a great find from Jane. I love how versatile these boots have been for my closet. You know by now I shop for items I can restyle over and over. That is the most important tip I can give you for budget shopping. Find things you can restyle!
This top can be restyled with jeans, a faux leather jacket, leggings, boots. So many options. This cardigan can be styled with jeans, skirts, dresses, leggings. This is why I shop the way I shop.
What are some of you favorite fall pieces?
