Good Morning Friends!
What is Galentine’s Day? Basically, it’s a Valentine’s Day celebration with all your besties.
Last week I went to a Galentine’s Day brunch at Jane.com’s main office. This entire office is impeccably decided from the bathrooms to the conference room. They even have their own barber shop where they get haircuts and blowouts. What an amazing place to work!
Let’s get into the amazing brunch.
The Jane.com team did such an amazing job at throwing this event. From the food to the snacks this brunch was one of the funnest I have ever been to. If you want to throw a Galentine’s Day brunch of your own here are things that I enjoyed most as a guest. You can do this on a grand scale like here, or you can scale it back for a more intimate gathering.
Food
The most important part of any party or event. Jane had Waffle Luv waffles and Nektar açaí bowls. Having a gluten free and dairy free option was so generous to include those with food allergies.
If you have any gal pals with dietary restrictions feel free to add a few things to the menu that they can have as well. Waffles are always an easy and delicious options. You can do crepes, a pancake bar, or fruit for a fresh fruit salad.
Conversation
They had plenty of tables for everyone to sit at. The tables were fairly large so it got us to get out of our normal clique and talk with others.
It was so nice talking with other women I see on instagram and finally meet in person. We had a great table, full of inspiring women. Everyone at our table were mom’s or about to be mom’s so there was a lot of conversation about kids and pregnancy.
Craft
Brittany from House that Lars Built showed us how to make these really adorable floral boxes. We got to chat, laugh and craft. It was fun to learn so much about the girls around our table.
Candy Bar
What girls doesn’t like jars and jars of candy? Lolli & Pops candy was all over the tables and photo booth for us to load up on.
There were gummy bears, rock candy, lollipops, and so many more delicious pieces. If you want to go on a smaller scale grab two or three different types of candies and put them in a cute treat bag as place cards for your guests and a cute take away treat. You can have little bowls around the tables for your guests as well.
Cards
At every setting on the table we had these cute Valentine’s Day cards. Fill them out for your friends or make it a party game. Everyone starts with someones card and you pass it around and have everyone say a few nice things about the person that that card belongs to.
Can you guess what shows, movies, or popular weddings these all match up to?
That is how you pull of the perfect Galentine’s Day brunch.
Thank you so much to Jane for throwing this amazing brunch, it was the perfect way to spend the morning with friends. Thank you for all the hard work you put into it!
Don’t forget to pin this for later!
