For the longest time I hated cardio, because..I have big boobs and it’s not the most comfortable. Rarely is there a bra out there that can contain these girls.
Recently I have discovered a new love for HIIT cardio work outs and this zip front bra from Fabletics. The HIIT workout I do is TurboFire and what I love about it is that I can do a quick 20 HIIT or a longer 45 minute session. Both kick my trash and really do what I need them to do. So I will alternate days so my body doesn’t adjust to workouts. I will do 2 days cardio and 3 days weight training with abs on cardio day. This has been my favorite routine ever.

Work Out Routine
Ok so I want to give you a printout of my routine and if you want to find workouts for each day Pinterest has so many good routines. There are a few I would love to share with you but sometimes I just wing it and do workouts I know work for me. It is trial and error when it comes to weight training. Keep track of what weights you use, and how many reps you do if you aren’t sore maybe bump up the weight or the reps if you don’t have a heavier weight.
Print this off and laminate it. You can write down a workout under each day or use this to keep track of what weights and reps you did the week before.
